Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Inc, we want you to love your style; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Blue Inc tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
